What We Do
Utilizing our network and marketing communications expertise, Finance One Asset Management sources distressed, discounted Real Estate assets for small investors and large institutions buyers. Working with realty companies, builders, banks, lenders, hedge funds, private equity funds, REITs, and other real estate holding companies, we locate discounted builder inventory, raw and entitled land, bank owned residential and commercial Real Estate (REO), commercial and residential performing/sub-performing/non-performing note(s) and portfolios that are being sold at discount.

Companies or individuals interested in maximizing profits form the acquisition of discounted real estate assets are encouraged to contact us. Investors can either submit an offer on current available assets or submit their "stips" on desired assets being sought. Through our vast network we can source what you are looking for.
